On June 24, 2023, we helped Marine and Pierre celebrate their wedding at Camping Le Lodging Le Lac, not far from the ocean beaches of Lacanau. It was an unforgettable day for the bride and groom and their 120 guests, some of whom came from the other side of the world.

Located just 6km from the ocean beaches of Lacanau, Lodging Le Lac is an estate nestled between the lakes and forests of Gironde. It lies on the shores of the magnificent Lac du Moutchic, a peaceful protected natural area. This intimate campsite, with its unrivalled gentle pace of life, is a true haven of peace.
It was the perfect place to offer a chic, natural glamping experience to their guests who had come to celebrate their love.

We met Marine and Pierre at the Bordeaux wedding fair at the Palais des Congrès organized by La maison du mariage in January 2022. During the show, our sales team listened carefully to the bride and groom's wishes and the project they had in mind for their wedding.
They had already found the perfect place to gather their family and friends from Saint Barthélémy, and to hold their outdoor wedding. So they were looking for a solution to secure their event in case of rain, but also in case of hot weather. They wanted a friendly, relaxed and chic atmosphere that reflected their image. They were won over by the unique design and modularity offered by our stretch nomad tents.
Every detail has been carefully thought out to offer them a reception area and complementary solutions adapted to their project and the site's technical specifications.
Marine and Pierre wanted to offer a lively, dynamic and relaxed meal to share good times with all their loved ones. So they opted toorganize a cocktail reception with a less formal caterer. For a convivial moment of sharing, they wanted to create convivial spaces by creating real living rooms. Large, beautiful raw-wood tables were rented for guests who wished to enjoy their meal seated.
Bulky furniture that had to be protected from the rain in case of bad weather, without encroaching on the various spaces.
Our ability to adapt to changing weather conditions enabled us to meet the concerns of the bride and groom and their wedding coordinator about the rain forecast for the weekend of the event.
So it was not one but two nomad tents that we finally installed to secure the most beautiful day of their lives in total serenity and guarantee the comfort of all their guests.
What would a memorable wedding party be without dancing? For a festive atmosphere, we installed a 50m2 wooden dance floor to enable the bride and groom and all their guests to enjoy the festivities until the end of the night.
Lighting plays an important role in theatmosphere of your reception. Events Tent Concept has sublimated the nomad tents by dressing them with elegant guirlandes guinguettes to create a warm atmosphere and illuminate the different reception areas.
For an authentic, contemporary decor , the bride sourced all the vintage furniture to create the warm, elegant and festive garden party atmosphere they had imagined. They also designed all the wooden decorations themselves.
The combination of this furniture with the decorative elements created a harmonious whole and a welcoming atmosphere. The colorful, country-style floral decorations created by one of the couple's friends were perfectly in keeping with the theme of the festivities.
