On June 24, 2023, we provided services for Marine and Pierre, who celebrated their wedding at Camping Le Lodging Le Lac, located near the ocean beaches of Lacanau. It was a unforgettable day for the bride and groom and their 120 guests, some of whom came from the other side of the world.

The Lodging Le Lac Located just 6km from the ocean beaches of Lacanau, this campsite is nestled between lakes and forests in the Gironde region. It sits on the shores of the magnificent Lake Moutchic, a peaceful and protected natural area. This intimate campsite offers a tranquil atmosphere. unparalleled quality of life is a true haven of peace.
It was therefore the perfect place to offer a chic and nature-filled glamping experience to their guests who came to celebrate their love.

We met Marine and Pierre at the trade fair Bordeaux wedding at the Palais des Congrès, organized by La Maison du Mariage in January 2022. During the event, our sales team listened attentively to the wishes of the future bride and groom and the project they had in mind for their wedding.
They had already found the perfect place to gather their loved ones who had come from Saint Barthélemy and to organize their outdoor wedding. They were therefore looking for a solution to secure their event in case of rain but also in case of extreme heat. They wanted a friendly atmosphere, relaxed and chic, just like them. They were won over by the unique design and modularity offered by our stretch nomadic tents.
Every detail has been carefully considered to offer them a reception area and complementary solutions tailored to their project and the technical specifications of the site.
Marine and Pierre wanted to offer a lively, dynamic, and relaxed meal to share good times with all their loved ones. They therefore opted for...’organizing a cocktail dinner with a less formal caterer. For a convivial gathering, they wanted to create welcoming spaces, like cozy lounges. Large, beautiful raw wood tables were rented for guests who wished to enjoy their meal seated.
Of bulky furniture which absolutely had to be sheltered from the rain in case of capricious weather without encroaching on the different spaces envisioned.
Our adaptability and our ability to adapt to weather conditions enabled us to address the concerns of the bride and groom and their wedding coordinator regarding the rain forecast for the weekend of the event.
So, it wasn't one but two nomadic tents that we ultimately set up to ensure the most beautiful day of their lives went smoothly and in complete peace of mind, and to guarantee the comfort of all their guests.
What would a memorable wedding celebration No dance party? For a festive atmosphere, we installed a 50m2 wooden dance floor to allow the bride and groom and all their guests to enjoy the festivities until the end of the night.
Lighting plays an important role in the’atmosphere of your reception. Events Tent Concept has elevated the nomadic tents by dressing them up with elegant bistro lights for a warm atmosphere and illuminating the different reception areas.
For a authentic decoration And in keeping with the times, the bride hunted down all the vintage furniture to create a warm, elegant, and festive garden party atmosphere, just as they had envisioned. They also designed all the wooden decorations themselves.
The association of this furniture The decorative elements created a harmonious whole and a welcoming atmosphere. The rustic and colorful floral decorations, created by a friend of the couple, perfectly matched the theme of the festivities.
